Did you know how pants came into existence? Here's are some unknown facts about the fashion industry

Fashion industry is one of the most fascinating facet of the global economy. From being stylish to being someone's entire existence, fashion plays an integral part in the human lives. But interestingly what we see around today has not always been the same, rather fashion has evolved, it has transcended and so transformed that today every fashion powerhouse is known for bringing something new to the human society, something creative, something sensational and something that is beyond mesmerizing. so here I present you with some of the most interesting and unknown facts about the fashion industry you don't know about.

Pants were popularized by Chanel

France based luxury brand, Chanel was founded in 1910 by Coco Chanel in Paris. The brand specializes in ready-to-wear woman's clothing, accessories, and A-class perfumes. Today it is a company with a total revenue of US $ 15.6 billion. The ultra-luxury brand was the first ever initiator to change the course of women in fashion. Coco Chanel changed the pattern of women wearing corsets and skirts to buttoned shirts and wide pants. The designer wanted the bodies of the women to breathe and move freely in accordance with women’s sartorial fashion liberation.

LV burns all its unsold bags

When it comes to luxury, Louis Vuitton comes first in mind. Another French brand, LV is one of the most valuable luxury brands that was founded in 1854 by Louis Vuitton. The brand produces ready-to-wear clothes, shoes, accessories, and the most demanding leather goods(bags) in the world with its LV monogram on it. Strangely, at the end of the year, LV use to burn all its bags instead of recycling new products or selling them at a much lower price, not out of shame or any other reason, but to maintain its exclusivity for what the brand is known for.

Versace changed the history of the internet

The ever-classic Italian luxury brand, Versace was founded by Gianni Versace in 1978. The brand with its medusa logo is known for it's flashy prints, bright colors, and goth features. Early 2000s Versace jungle dress worn by Jennifer Lopez to the Grammy’s had shaken the internet from the roots. The unreal green dress led to the creation of Google’s search image function. Lopez was surely an impetus that implanted Google’s most demanding feature today.
