On Dharmendra's 86th birthday, Esha Deol shares an old video from 80's. Says, "This is how we celebrated papa’s birthday way back in the 80’s"

The legendary actor Dharmendra recently turned 86 and his kids overwhelmed his day with love and wishes.

His boys Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol shared pictures on their social media handles with their father. It was Dharmendra’s 85 birthday and the post by his kids was extremely special where Sunny wrote, “Happy Birthday PAPA love you.”

In the picture, Father-son can be seen smiling in the picture making it a perfect duo. Second-born son Bobby Deol also shared the picture of his father which he captioned, “My papa the legend Wish you love from the bottom of my heart. So blessed to be your son #HappyBirthday.”

Not only sons and also the daughter of Dharmendra did their bit to make the actor feel special. Esha Deol posted a picture with Dharmendra and called him her strength. She wrote, “Happy birthday papa be happy, healthy, strong & fit I love you Stay blessed U are our strength @aapkadharam #HappyBirthdayDharmendra.”

Not only the posts, a cute video was shared by Esha Deol of around 80's while celebrating Dharamendra's birthday. She captioned it, "Today is papa’s birthday, This is how we celebrated papa’s birthday way back in the 80’s ?"

After the shoot of Karan Johar’s Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani in Delhi, Dharmendra returned back to Mumbai for his birthday. In the film along with him, Shabana Azmi and Jaya Bachchan will be seen in the film as well.

A few days back Dharmendra also posted a picture from the sets of the film with the caption, “Dosto, pyaar mohabbat izzat itni milli sab se (pata hi nahin chala main nayi unit ke saath kaam kar raha hoon ."

Talking about the birthday plans Dharmendra said that he has no plans for his birthday as he just returned from Delhi, post the shoot of the film. He also said he stopped celebrating his birthday after the demise of his mother, Satwant Kaur.

Dharmendra feels that the love of the fans is everything for him and he is happy with that. He said, “I feel I was born to love and get loved.”

In the year 1960, Dharmendra started his journey as an actor with the film “Dil Bhi Tera Hum Bhi Tere”. After that, he gave many hits like Sholay, Mera Gaon Mera Desh, Phool Aur Pathar, and Naukar Biwi Ka.
