Dr. Mandeep Kaur began this project with her father's wishes in mind. However, just after the film's shooting schedule was completed, her father was diagnosed with liver cancer. Despite facing this difficult situation, she remained determined to complete the film. While taking care of her father in the hospital, she continued working tirelessly in the studio, managing both responsibilities with courage and dedication.

About the Film and Its Cast

Patakka Guddiyan revolves around twin sisters, Roohi and Mahi, who look alike but have completely different personalities. Their contrasting nature leads to entertaining situations filled with humour, misunderstandings, family drama, and emotional moments. Hashneen Chauhan plays the dual roles of Roohi and Mahi, while the film also features Upasana Singh, Malkit Rauni, Anita Meet, Tarsem Paul, Shavinder Mahal, Sanju Solanki, and other talented actors. The film brings together an engaging storyline and a strong ensemble cast to offer audiences an entertaining Punjabi cinematic experience.
