Where is Mount Kanchenjunga?

Mount Kangchenjunga, also known as Kanchenjunga and Khangchendzonga, is the third highest mountain in the world which lies at 8,586 m (28,169 ft) in a section of the Himalayas, the Kangchenjunga Himal. It is bounded on the west by the Tamur River, on the north by the Lhonak Chu and Jongsang La, and on the east by the Teesta River.

Who is Priyanka Mohite?

Priyanka Mohite hails from Maharashtra's Satara. She has become the first Indian woman to climb five peaks above 8000 metres. The milestone was hit after she climbed Mount Kanchenjunga on Thursday. Her brother Akash Mohite had shared the news. On the work front, Priyanka works for a pharmaceutical company in Bengaluru. Notably, she is the first Indian woman to climb Annapurna 1 and Makalu.
