Sidhu Moose Wala murder case: Five arrested for making fake passport for Lawrence Bishnoi's nephew
In a major development in Sidhu Moose Wala's murder case, the police has arrested five people, including a woman, for allegedly making a fake passport for the nephew of gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, the officials said on Wednesday.
As per the police officials, the accused helped Sachin Thapan and other gangsters by providing them with fake passports. Sachin Thapan is the nephew of gangster Lawrence Bishnoi.

Thapan was allegedly involved in the conspiracy for the murder of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala and later fled the country.
It has been reported that Anmol Bishnoi and Sachin Thapan were those who plotted the murder of Sidhu Moose Wala. They are accused of hiring shooters and providing them with equipment.

Both of them later fled the country using fake passports, the police said. According to officials, the accused have been identified as Rahul Sarkar, 27, Arjit Kumar, 55, Navneet Prajapati, 33, Somnath Prajapati, 33, and a 27-year-old woman.

On July 4, the police received a tip-off regarding their movement of Sarkar. Reportedly, Sarkar was in contact with the members of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang.
Similarly, a trap was laid near Saket Metro Station to arrest him. The police spotted a car near the foot-over-bridge and signaled the driver to stop, but he tried to flee. However, the driver was overtaken and apprehended.
