The Great Khali Joins BJP; netizens were instant to react with their hilarious comments

Wrestler Dalip Singh Rana, aka"the Great Khali," joined the BJP on Thursday. At the party's national headquarters, Khali joined the BJP in the presence of Union Minister Jitendra Singh, party national general secretary Arun Singh, and Member of Parliament Sunita Duggal.

Netizens took to Twitter as soon as the news of the champion wrestler joining the saffron party broke, to share their hilarious comments on the incident.

We can't help but notice the slightly amusing video, in which everyone in the event appears to be much smaller than Khali, and how difficult it was to congratulate him due to his height.

"I'm glad I joined the BJP. PM Modi's work for the country, in my opinion, qualifies him as the right Prime Minister. So I figured, why not be a part of his governance for the betterment of the country? "Khali made the remarks at the BJP's New Delhi headquarters.

The wrestler mentioned that the national policy of the BJP encouraged his decision to join the party.

In 2020, Khali helped farmers protesting against the Centre's farm rules near the Delhi border. The wrestler had urged people to rally with the protesting farmers.
