Arbaaz Khan Issues Statement After Galaxy Apartment Shooting; Says Not a Publicity Stunt, Family Disturbed
A recent incident of gunfire outside the Mumbai residence of Bollywood star Salman Khan has stirred concern and prompted a response from his family. Arbaaz Khan, Salman's brother, has spoken out, expressing the family's shock and emphasizing their cooperation with the police investigation.
In a statement shared on social media, Arbaaz Khan addressed the unsettling event, where two unidentified individuals on a motorcycle fired shots outside Galaxy apartment, the residence of the Salim Khan family. Arbaaz clarified that the family was deeply disturbed by the incident and urged against believing false claims made to the media suggesting that the family was unaffected.
The shooting incident occurred in the early hours of Sunday, with four rounds fired outside Salman Khan's home before the assailants fled the scene. Mumbai police confirmed Salman Khan's presence at the time of the incident and tightened security following the attack.

Shortly after the shooting, Anmol Bishnoi, the brother of incarcerated gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, took to social media to claim responsibility for the incident, calling it a mere "trailer." This claim raises concerns as both Lawrence Bishnoi and another wanted gangster, Goldie Brar, had previously announced intentions to harm Salman Khan.
This isn't the first time Salman Khan has faced threats from the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. In March and November of the previous year, Salman received online threats believed to be linked to the same criminal group.
The incident has highlighted concerns regarding the safety and security of celebrities in Mumbai, prompting increased vigilance and police presence around high-profile residences.
