Food holds an esteemed position in Indian weddings, often celebrated as a highlight that draws guests from far and wide. Currently, amid the grandeur of the Ambani wedding, anticipation for the sumptuous feast has reached its peak. Here's an exclusive glimpse into the culinary extravaganza awaiting the esteemed guests of the Ambani family.

Rumors recently surfaced regarding the involvement of "Kashi Chat Bhandar," a renowned establishment from Varanasi, in catering the wedding. This speculation has proven true, with Mrs. Nita Ambani herself journeying to Varanasi to seek blessings at Kashi Vishwanath before indulging in the famed chaat at "Kashi Chat Bhandar." Enamored by the flavors, Mrs. Ambani extended a personal invitation to the chaat shop owner to showcase his delectable offerings at the wedding.

Exclusive Wedding Menu Revealed

In an interview, the owner shared, "Nita Ambani visited our chaat bhandar on June 24th, where she savored tikki chaat, tomato chaat, palak chaat, and kulfi falooda. Delighted by the experience, she remarked on Banaras' culinary renown. It was an honor to serve her."

The wedding menu promises an array of tantalizing dishes, including Tamatar chaat, dahi bhaala, paani puri, dahi puri, Bhalla paid, mix chaat, tikki, chain kachori, gulab jamun, and kulfi falooda. This assortment guarantees a feast that will leave guests, particularly international attendees, eagerly anticipating each bite and their subsequent reactions.

Today, Anant Ambani, the youngest scion of Mukesh Ambani, is set to embark on marital bliss with the "Shubh Vivah" ceremony, following two extravagant pre-wedding celebrations held in India and abroad. Tomorrow, July 13th, will witness the "Shubh Ashirwad" ceremony, culminating in a "Mangal Utsav" reception on Sunday, July 14th.
