In response, Kashmera Shah, Abhishek's wife, sought to alleviate concerns from disappointed fans, asserting that the mimicry was borne out of admiration for Shroff's persona. On May 14, the esteemed actor initiated legal proceedings through his lawyer, Pravin Anand, citing instances of misuse of his likeness in memes and other inappropriate contexts. This petition underscores Shroff's commitment to safeguarding his identity and reputation from unauthorized exploitation, signaling a firm stance against infringement of his intellectual property rights.
