Randeep Hooda Wins Lawsuit Against Allegations of Illegal Construction in Kanha National Park

Randeep Hooda, the renowned actor and wildlife conservationist, has emerged victorious in a lawsuit involving allegations of illegal construction in Kanha National Park. Recognized by both the UN and the Indian Government for his conservation efforts, Hooda found relief from the Madhya Pradesh High Court in Jabalpur, which granted his request for a joint spot inspection of the property he owns near the park.

Randeep Hooda Wins Lawsuit in Kanha National Park Construction case

Following the success of his recent film "Swatantrya Veer Savarkar," Hooda fulfilled his dream of owning property adjacent to a forest. He invested in land next to Kanha National Park in Madhya Pradesh, embracing his passion for nature and wildlife conservation.

However, shortly after acquiring the land, local revenue authorities claimed that Hooda had undertaken illegal construction on the property and instructed him to remove the alleged structures. In response, Hooda filed a plea for a joint spot inspection, maintaining that no construction had occurred on his land.

The Madhya Pradesh High Court responded favourably to Hooda's plea, ordering a joint inspection that would allow Hooda or his representatives to participate and prove that no construction exists on the property. While the court did not immediately address the show cause notice issued against Hooda, it directed the authorities to provide the previous inquiry report, which had been prepared without Hooda's input.

Hooda’s legal team, comprising Vineet Dhanda and Siddharth Sharma, expressed their frustration over the false allegations. They emphasized that Hooda, a respected citizen and dedicated nature lover, was being unfairly targeted due to his celebrity status. They also highlighted that the inquiry report used to issue the show cause notice had not been provided to Hooda.

This court decision marks a significant relief for Hooda, allowing him to continue his conservation efforts and enjoy his property near the cherished Kanha National Park without the shadow of unwarranted legal troubles.
