The game not only showcased exceptional talent on the field but also became a stage for a different kind of spectacle, courtesy of Sara Tendulkar, the daughter of the cricketing legend, Sachin Tendulkar. Sara's animated reactions and unbridled enthusiasm stole the limelight, making her a social media sensation.

Subsequently, Gill also made his way back to the pavilion during the 20th over, falling victim to Mehidy Hasan Miraz's delivery and caught by Mahmudullah. Gill's impressive 55 runs off 55 balls, featuring five fours and two sixes, marked his 10th half-century in One Day Internationals (ODIs). His performance was critical in India's quest to secure victory.
