EXPLAINED! Why Was AAP's MP Raghav Chadha Absent from Campaigns? Undergoes Eye Surgery in UK
Delhi's Minister Saurabh Bharadwaj recently provided an update on AAP MP Raghav Chadha's absence from election campaigns. According to Bharadwaj, Chadha is currently in the UK undergoing eye surgery due to complications.
"Raghav is in the UK for treatment after experiencing complications with his eyes. The situation was quite serious, and timely treatment was necessary to prevent potential blindness," said Mr. Bharadwaj. He expressed his well wishes for Chadha's speedy recovery and mentioned that once he's better, Chadha will return to India and resume the party's campaign activities.
Although Chadha is physically absent from the campaign field, he has remained active on social media, providing responses and comments on political events, including the recent arrest of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.
In response to Kejriwal's arrest, Chadha shared a video emphasizing that while authorities may detain Kejriwal's body, they cannot suppress his ideas and beliefs.
Meanwhile, actress Parineeti Chopra has been receiving positive feedback for her role in "Amar Singh Chamkila." Her marriage to politician Raghav Chadha was a significant topic in 2023's news cycle. In a recent interview, Parineeti shared details about her romantic journey with Raghav.
Recalling their first meeting at an event in London, Parineeti said, "Usually, I’d just say hi and move on, but this time, I said, ‘Let’s meet for breakfast’." She expressed her surprise at feeling an immediate connection with Raghav and admitted to researching him after their breakfast meeting. Despite knowing little about him initially, she felt a strong intuition about their future together.
"I swear, I met Raghav, and within five minutes, I knew I was going to marry this man," she shared. "It was some God’s voice inside me."
