Sam Bahadur Box Office Day 1 Collection: The recently released film, 'Sam Bahadur' which depicts the remarkable life of Indian Field Marshal Sam Manekshaw, has made a solid start at the Indian box office. Starring talented actors like Vicky Kaushal, Sanya Malhotra, and Fatima Sana Shaikh, and directed by Meghna Gulzar, the movie earned a commendable opening of Rs 6 crores nett. This achievement is noteworthy, especially considering the tough competition it faced from the film 'Animal'.

'Sam Bahadur' witnessed a significant contribution from upscale multiplexes in major cities. Among the top three national chains, approximately Rs 4 crores were generated on the first day alone. This strategic release decision has proven successful, reflected in the impressive opening collections.

Regional Ticket Sales

In the Hindi language, around 1,03,192 tickets were pre-sold, contributing Rs 3.05 crores to the total collection. The morning occupancy rates varied across different cities, with Jaipur leading at 41 percent, followed by Chennai with 39 percent. Kolkata recorded the lowest morning occupancy at 9 percent.
