Virat Kohli pays tribute to Sidhu Moose Wala: Virat Kohli has frequently expressed how much he adores Punjabi music. It therefore came as no surprise to him that, being a Punjabi himself, Sidhu Moosewala was a major favourite.

A heartfelt homage to the musician Sidhu Moose Wala who passed away after being shot by assailants was given by Kohli during the third and final T20I at Trent Bridge.

 

The deceased Punjabi musician Sidhu Moose Wala, who was brutally shot to death, was remembered by the former Indian captain at a tribute performance.

Kohli was positioned close to the boundary ropes where Indian fans were sat during the third T20I between India and England. The 33-year-old was seen mingling with the gathering of fans and performing some "Bhangra" motions to keep the audience on their toes.

The 33-year-old was spotted performing the singer Moosewala's trademark thigh-five.

In the video, Kohli is seen grooving to Moosewala's song during the game and performing his trademark motion that makes the crowd cheer. Ever since India faced off against England in the third and final T20I, the footage has gone viral.

Millions of people around the world, including well-known international celebrities like Drake, Nav, Russ, and more, were affected by Sidhu's passing. Ajay Devgn, Kapil Sharma, Uorfi Javed, Vishal Dadlani, and other Bollywood actors as well as other Indian celebrities mourned his passing.
