When the Supreme Court heard Raj Kundra's plea recently, it granted him four weeks of protection from arrest. Kundra's anticipatory bail application was denied by the Bombay High Court. Raj Kundra stated in his Supreme Court plea that the videos he produced were seductive, but did not depict any physical or sexual conduct. He went on to say that he was falsely accused and that he was not involved in manufacturing or transmitting any Pornography content.
