Akshay Kumar and Emraan Hashmi to star together in forthcoming movie 'Selfiee'; Karan Johar unveils first glimpse

Despite having a number of upcoming films on his way, Akshay Kumar is leaving no stone unturned to woo his fan following.

After numerous projects, once again Akshay Kumar has announced his yet another project 'Selfiee' which also stars Emraan Hashmi along with him. Yes, two superstars of Bollywood-Akshay Kumar and Emraan Hashmi are all set to take us on a ride of amusements with their upcoming movie titled 'Selfiee'.

Making the announcement official, the actors took to their respective social media accounts and unveiled the first glimpse of the film.

The actor is seen dancing in what looks to be a bus stop in the footage, clothed in a suit. Emraan Hashmi, who will appear alongside Akshay Kumar in the film, joins him in the video.

Earlier, Akshay shared a picture with Emraan and captioned it as, "Found myself the perfect #Selfiee partner! Hey @karanjohar, have we slayed this selfie game or what??

@therealemraan"

Emraan Hashmi also posted a selfie photo with the caption, "Joining the #Selfiee club with @akshaykumar!

The first glimpse was also shared by Karan Johar and while releasing the teaser Karan captioned the same as, "Presenting #Selfiee starring two absolutely smashing actors - Akshay Kumar & Emraan Hashmi and directed by Raj Mehta. Hop into the frame and pose because shooting begins soon!?"

The movie is said to begin filming soon as the teaser reads. It is being helmed by Raj Mehta and is being bankrolled by Karan Johar.

Apart from this, Akshay Kumar has Prithviraj, Bachchan Pandey, Raksha Bandhan, and Ram Setu. Whereas Emraan Hashmi will be seen in Tiger 3.
