All about Shahrukh Khan's son Aryan Khan's drug case arrest. Check out the full story
Shahrukh Khan's son Aryan Khan has been taken to NCB Custody till 17th October. Aryan Khan was produced in the court today, where his advocated demanded bail for him, but in return the NCB urged to keep him in custody as all the arrested persons were linked to the drug case.
On October 2, NCB raided Cordelia's cruise ship anchored in Mumbai and busted a rave party. Many high elite people attended this party which also had multiple NCB Officers undercover. The party had many celebrities as well including Shahrukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan who was caught mid-sea drug bust.
8 persons were questioned by the agency including Aryan Khan in relation to the party.
NCB's Mumbai zonal director Sameer Wankhede confirmed that the agency is questioning 8 persons including superstar Shah Rukh Khan's elder son Aryan Khan in connection with the rave party post which he was taken for a medical test.
Under section 27 Of the NDPS Act, and after a 22hour long interrogation Aryan Khan was arrested on 3rd October.
In this case, Advocate Satish Maneshinde will be representing Aryan Khan, who also fought the case of Rhea Chakraborty in the drug case related to Sushant Singh’s death.

Aryan Khan was produced in the Metropolitan Magistrate court for remand hearing and after a long argument, he was not given bail and was kept in police custody for another day.
The man behind the raid, Sameer Wankhede said, “NCB had input, after that, we executed it in a professional manner. We have recovered drugs as well. We have followed up leads as well. Soon more probes will happen."
Monday, 4th Oct Aryan Khan was first taken to JJ Hospital for a medical test and then produced in court as NCB seeks further custody while the Advocate Satish Maneshinde to apply for bail.
During the court hearing, NCB said that they seek further custody of the accused as all of them are connected as discovered in the WhatsApp chats.
Aryan’s advocate argued that he was called in as the guest and he was arrested before and not on the cruise while nothing was found in his bag. He added that his client is not involved in drug dealing nor any consumption, and on this behalf, they have applied for bail.
Advocate Satish said 'no substance seized from his client is in contravention of NDPS ACT'. As a result of which he wants that his client should be given bail and not kept in custody for those possessing the substance.
To this NCB replied “WhatsApp chat clearly shows the nexus after which NCB conducted searches. Aryan Khan’s phone seized. There are several suspected chats that show the connection with the dealers."

Satish Maneshinde also said that the drugs- MD, MDMA, Cocaine- were collected from other accused. "Maybe in the same case but unconnected”.
the Public Prosecutor in the Mumbai Drug Bust case during the hearing said, "You (referring to accused) are in touch with drug people, so you are not innocent. We want to know who is financing the whole racket or who the source is."
