After backlash from Shehnaaz's fans; Asim Riaz clarifies his Tweet wasn't dedicated to Shehnaaz

Asim Riaz has been hitting headlines ever since he has shared a tweet which according to the netizens directed to Shehnaaz Gill for grooving at a friend's event.

Asim has received a lot of abuse on social media. As a result, different hashtags related to Asim Riaz were trending on Twitter. Asim Riaz remarked in a tweet that watched some dance videos and it is strange how fast people recover from the loss of a loved one.

However, now Asim has given clarification that his tweet was not referred to Shehnaaz Gill and claims that if he ever wants to say something then he has got the guts to directly speak for a person in any context.

In his Instagram Story, he wrote a long and brief note indicating that he is getting a little too much feedback from viewers and that he wants to clarify why he received that tweet. He claimed that he had lost a close buddy from Jammu in the previous month. And some of his friends are partying in Goa and the tweet was referred to them not the one (Shehnaaz) whom internet users are implying.

He also stated that to point out that anyone who believes this tweet was written just for that lady (Shahnaz Gill) is mistaken.

Asim went on to say that he has the bravery to speak his mind openly. They are in my immediate vicinity. As a result, please refrain from making personal attacks on me.
