Bharti Singh's early years

Bharti was born on July 3, 1984, in the Punjabi city of Amritsar. Bharti made her comedy debut on The Great Indian Laughter Challenge in 2008. After the show, she was unable to go back. The actress had roles in various series and won fans over with her comedic delivery.

Bharti Singh's stepping stones

With numerous appearances alongside male comics like Kapil Sharma and Krushna Abhishek, Singh soon rose the comedy ladder. The way she enhanced their sets rather than allowing herself to be overwhelmed by them made an impression on the crowds during her performances.

The Kapil Sharma Show, Comedy Circus (several seasons), Gangs of Haseepur, Comedy Classes, and Comedy Nights Live, among others, were some of the comedic programmes in which she later made appearances.

Her role as 'Lalli' was one of the most talked about and praised characters for Bharti.

India's Got Talent 5 (2014) was her first hosting gig, and she then hosted Comedy Nights Bachao (2015-2017).

She was enlisted once more to serve as the host of India's Best Dancer and Seasons 7 and 8 of India's Got Talent.

Bharti Singh's personal life

On December 3, 2017, Bharti and her lifelong love, Haarsh Limbachiya, got married.

The couple was blesses with a baby boy on April 3, 2022. He was affectionately referred to as "Gola" by the duo, whose name was revealed later as Laksh.
