Renowned Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez recently accused Sukesh Chandrasekhar of persistently sending her unsolicited WhatsApp messages and voice notes during his period of incarceration. However, Sukesh vehemently denied these allegations, addressing the situation with a firm rebuttal.

In a poignant letter expressing his sentiments towards Jacqueline, Sukesh firmly refuted the claim of sending any unauthorized communications to her while he was imprisoned. He emphasized that his affection and emotions were conveyed through legitimate channels, countering Jacqueline's assertion that he had bombarded her with messages during his jail term.

Jacqueline, determined to address the issue, approached Delhi Police, providing chat screenshots as evidence of Sukesh's alleged misconduct. She lodged a complaint with the Economic Offenses Wing, reporting that Sukesh had been troubling her with incessant messages via WhatsApp and voice notes from within the prison walls. Seeking intervention, Jacqueline implored the Mandoli Jail authorities to halt Sukesh's actions. Additionally, she filed a petition in Delhi's Patiala House Court, seeking an order to prevent Sukesh from communicating with her through messages and letters.

During Sukesh's court appearance regarding the letter, he clarified that this was not his first attempt at corresponding with Jacqueline; he had done so multiple times before. Contesting Jacqueline's claim that his letter was menacing and distressing, Sukesh defended his actions. An application lodged by Mahathug in Delhi's Patiala House Court further challenged Jacqueline's petition, asserting that it concealed crucial facts associated with a 200 crore extortion case. It's noteworthy that Sukesh is currently imprisoned in connection with a 200 crore money laundering case.

In his application, Sukesh specified, "If any of the letters sent to Jacqueline prove that I am instilling fear or issuing threats, and if it's demonstrated that these letters are pertinent to ongoing cases within the Economic Offenses Wing or the Enforcement Directorate, then I am prepared to face any consequences." Additionally, he raised a query as to why Jacqueline had not approached the High Court despite allegedly receiving numerous letters from him in the past year.
