Anupam Kher's 'Karthikeya 2' also becomes box office hit after 'The Kashmir Files', says ‘meri to nikal padi’
Karthikeya 2 box office collection: Bollywood actor Anupam Kher is on cloud nine right now as 'Karthikeya 2' also turned out to be success at the box office after 'The Kashmir Files'. Kher portrayed the role of 'Dr. Dhanvanthri Vedpathak' in the Telugu film 'Karthikeya 2'.
Competing against the two big releases 'Laal Singh Chaddha' and 'Raksha Bandhan' which turned out to be disaster at the box office, 'Karthikeya 2' has already collected Rs 16.30 crore for its Hindi version.

Notably, 'Karthikeya 2' is a fantasy adventure film which is written and helmed by Chandoo Mondeti.
The film showcases the tale of Dr. Karthikeya, which is being played by Nikhil Siddhartha. He is on a quest to find the lost anklet of Lord Krishna. The film also features Anupama Parameswaran and Srinivasa Reddy.

'Karthikeya 2' collected Rs 48 crore worldwide in its opening week. As per the film trade analyst Taran Adarsh, Karthikeya 2 continued to be the first choice of moviegoers.
