Ayan Mukherji opens up about 'Brahmastra 2'; here's how sequel is going to be
Ayan Mukherji about 'Brahmastra 2': Aryan Mukehrji's directorial film 'Brahmastra' is grasping much love and appreciation from the netizens and critics. Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor-starrer film 'Brahmastra' is the trilogy's first installment which was released on September 9.

Although the first installment of the film didn't reveal much about 'Dev's character, several speculations about Dev are already surfacing on the internet. In the meanwhile, Director Ayan Mukerji stated in a recent interview that the upcoming part of 'Brahmastra' will be focused on the character 'Dev' and that it will be darker than the franchise's first installment.

Ranbir Kapoor was the main lead in part 1 as 'Agni Astra' while Alia Bhatt portrayed his love interest. Mouni Roy played the antagonist as 'Junnon' and left everyone speechless with her performance.
Ayan Mukherji said that the film is a love narrative that showcases how powerful love can be. He also said that, in terms of Dev's character, the film will be more intense and darker than the initial part. In addition to this, Ayan said that the next two installments will also include some of the themes from Part 1.
Meanwhile, the makers have announced to release of the second love song 'Rasiya' from the film on September 24 which marked Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt's first meeting in the film.
