Bigg Boss fame Sofia Hayat hospitalised in UK after 'spiritual fasting'

Bigg Boss 7 fame Sofia Hayat has been hospitalised after fasting as it caused a deficiency of salts and other necessary electrolytes in her body.

Sofia Hayat had to be hospitalised in the UK. She said that she had insurance in the UK because the hospital's bill was huge.

The Bigg Boss 7 fame is currently recovering from the disease caused due to fasting. Sofia got into the limelight when she announced that she has turned into a spiritual nun in 2016.

According to information, Sofia Hayat was holding a spiritual fast when her salt levels dropped. She was rushed to a hospital and given 5 packets of salt. Later, she was revived.

During her spiritual fasting, Sofia Hayat said that she was shivering and felt dizzy. Reportedly, the fast was part of her spiritual practice. However, it turned into an unexpected turn of events that deteriorated her health.

Sofia said that the salt levels were dangerously low and that she asked the nurse to give her five packets of salt.

She further said that speaking to a friend helped her feel better and that she listened to her body after hospitalisation. She then ate food and even had water.

Bigg Boss fame Sofia Hayat also said that she was feeling 'pretty okay' before getting admitted to the hospital. She also said that she had done such fasting earlier as well and it 'went well'.
