'Baby is bringing luck' says Ram Charan as he attends Oscars 2023 with his wife Upasana Konidela

Oscars 2023: The Oscars red carpet featured actor Ram Charan and his wife Upasana Konidela, who has spoken openly about how their baby offered them luck and got them from the Golden Globes to the Oscars. As a representative of the RRR team, Ram attended the celebration. As the first Indian song to win in the category, the movie's song Naatu Naatu won Best Original Song at the Oscars.

Upasana was questioned on the red carpet regarding how she felt about appearing with Ram. She stated “I’m here to support Ram and I’m here to be a part of the RRR family. I’m nervous, I’m shaking a bit but this is really amazing to be here.”

Ram quickly reacted and said that she is 6 months pregnant and the baby is bringing so much luck to them as they earlier attended Golden Globe Awards and now they were at the Oscars. 

Upasana appeared radiant in a cream designer sari, while Ram Charan was clad entirely in black. The live performance of 'Naatu Naatu' during the Oscars award ceremony received a standing ovation.

In the meantime, 'Naatu Naatu' has achieved global recognition and fame. 'Naatu Naatu' is sung by Kaala Bhairava, M. M. Keeravani, and Rahul Sipligunj. RRR, a fictional drama that debuted in theatres last March, is based on the lives of two real heroes and well-known revolutionaries and is set in the pre-independence era of the 1920s.
