Great News for Comedy Movie Lovers : 'Golmaal 5' Fast-Tracked, Set to Release on This Date!

Bollywood director Rohit Shetty is currently on the precipice of unveiling his latest cinematic ventures, spanning from the action-packed 'Indian Police Force' web series to the much-anticipated 'Golmaal 5' installment.

The centerpiece of Shetty's current creative landscape is the eagerly awaited web series, 'Indian Police Force.' A star-studded ensemble featuring Siddharth Malhotra, Shilpa Shetty, and Vivek Oberoi in compelling action-oriented roles, the series promises to captivate audiences with its gripping narrative and intense performances. Scheduled to premiere on the Amazon Prime Video OTT platform on January 19, 'Indian Police Force' marks Rohit Shetty's directorial debut in the realm of online streaming.

Simultaneously, Shetty is immersed in the production of 'Singham Again,' a film that reunites him with the iconic Ajay Devgan in the lead role. Known for his mastery in crafting high-octane action sequences, Shetty continues to elevate the expectations of fans with each installment in the 'Singham' franchise.

Rohit Shetty Confirms 'Golmaal 5' in the Making

Not one to rest on past laurels, Rohit Shetty has officially confirmed the development of 'Golmaal 5.' In an exclusive interview, he revealed, "Golmaal 5 is definitely in the works. I'll need to fast-track its production a bit. I anticipate Golmaal 5 to be ready within the next 2 years." Shetty envisions this latest addition to the 'Golmaal' franchise to surpass its predecessors in grandiosity, citing the transformative trends in the contemporary film industry as a driving force.

Shetty's definition of grandeur extends beyond mere action sequences. Reflecting on the evolution of his cinematic style, he stated, "In today's era, I believe cinema should be grand and expansive, contrasting with films like 'Golmaal' from my earlier works. While I can't infuse action into Golmaal, I can elevate the genre's scale." Recognizing the substantial fan base of the 'Golmaal' series, Shetty aims to deliver an installment that is more extensive and superior within the comedy genre.

Moreover, Rohit Shetty expressed a desire to explore new horizons outside his established 'cop-verse.' He mused, "I feel compelled to create a film akin to 'Chennai Express.' Should I come across a story that is both excellent and grand, I will embark on a new film," hinting at a potential departure from his signature law enforcement-themed narratives.

As the curtain rises on the 'Indian Police Force' web series, featuring a stellar cast including Shweta Tiwari, Nikitin Dheer, Rituraj Singh, Mukesh Rishi, and Lalit Parimoo in prominent roles, audiences can anticipate a visual spectacle that marks a significant shift in Rohit Shetty's directorial repertoire.
