Case against Kapil Sharma: Although comedian Kapil Sharma frequently makes the audience laugh, his name is also associated with various controversies. Kapil Sharma has now landed again in trouble as a case against Kapil Sharma has been filed.

Kapil Sharma is charged for a legal action for allegedly violating the terms of his contract to tour North America in 2015.


According to reports, Sai USA Inc has sued because Kapil was paid for 6 shows, but he performed in only 5 of them. Later the comedian had said that he would compensate the loss but he did nothing.

According to Amit Jaitly, a well-known promoter of shows in America, the case in point is that of six shows that Kapil Sharma signed and paid for in North America in 2015.

As per Jaitly, Kapil allegedly broke his commitment to perform in one of the six locations and then promised to make up for it. Jaitly, however, claimed that "He did not perform and has not responded, despite our repeated attempts to contact him before the court."

Amit Jaitley, claims that the issue relates to six North American shows for which Kapil Sharma was signed and paid in 2015.

Meanwhile, Kapil and his crew from The Kapil Sharma Show are touring North America in celebration of their programme Kapil Sharma Live. Kapil has so far performed in Vancouver and Toronto with Sumona Chakravarti, Rajiv Thakur, Kiku Sharda, Chandan Prabhakar, and Krushna Abhishek.
