As soon as India swoon the semi finals of the World Cup by defeating the starry New Zealand, the whole country basked in joy and excitement. The most awaited semi-final match took place between the accolading teams on the prestigious Wankhede Stadium of Mumbai. Interestingly, the winning match was attended by some of the biggest celebrities from the Bollywood industry including acing Footballer David Beckham. The Football maestro added glitzy glamor to the India-New Zealand match.

Later in the eve, internet was stormed with the star studded soiree eve organized by Bollywood's Ahuja's, that was kept specially in the honor of David Beckham, more like a welcome party of David in Mumbai. Sonam's party was attended by the biggest of the who's who of the Hindi cinema that were seen getting entangled with the guest footballer. Actors like Arjun Kapoor, Malaika Arora, Farhan Akhtar, Shanaya Kapoor, Shahid Kapoor, Mira Rajput and many others have added their oozing glamour to Sonam's starry eve.

Mrs. Ahuja has taken over her gram handle on Friday morning to share the unseen glimpses from the haven looking party! Sonam has posted a carousal set of pictures, wherein David could be seen getting immersed in the Indianness and mouth watering palette filled with Indian delicacy. David posed in poise with both, Mr. and Mrs. Ahuja's and delved himself utterly in the exquisite soiree.
