Deepika Padukone congratulates Narendra Modi on ground breaking G20 Summit! Says 'A remarkable accomplishment'

India leaves no chunks of remarkable accomplishments on whatever field it is! From science to politics, the nation holds it's ground on everything. Recently, India has conducted one of the most outreached event, G20 Summit which took place in country's capital New Delhi on 9th and 10th September, 2023.Interestingly it was India's first time conducting G20 Summit on it's land that saw the arrival of several world class attendees that included the heads of the US, UK, Bangladesh, Brazil, France, Canada and many others.

G20 Summit, India

The G20 affair of grandeur saw the celebration in a most exemplary way which was well received for it's diplomatic relations between the nations. Ever since the successful conduct of G20, citizens could not keep calm but congratulate the Prime Minister for accelerating a global event with such ease. This also included many Bollywood celebrities such as Shah Rukh Khan and Alia Bhatt. Now the list also includes Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh who took their time out to congratulate PM, Narendra Modi.

On Tuesday, 12 September, 2023 Deepika Padukone has taken over her Instagram handle and shared her feelings on G20 Summit. Sharing a picture on her IG story she wrote a heartfelt message for conducting such an accomplished event. The image featured all the flags of the attended countries from the summit venue. While wishing DP wrote, "Congratulations on hosting a ground breaking G20 Summit!" She called the event a remarkable accomplishment and quoted, "A remarkable accomplishment for showcasing our nation's potential to the world. A true testament to our ability to mobilize global action, strengthen solidarity and lead the way to a brighter future" and added the Summit's motto, "One Earth, One family, One Future". 

Ranveer Singh on G20

Earlier on Tuesday, actor aka husband of Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh was seen to express his elation too. He took over his IG story to share a picture of Narendra Modi from the event and wrote, "Heartiest congratulations to our honorable PM @narendramodi ji for hosting a triumphant G20 Summit, uniting nations for a brighter future. One Earth. One Family. One Future".

Couple's Workfront 

Speaking about their work front, Deepika Padukone was last seen alongside Shah Rukh Khan and John Abraham in 'Pathaan' which slatted to gross more than thousand crore at the global box office. She also appeared in a special cameo role opposite to SRK in his newest movie 'Jawan'. Talking about her upcoming projects, DP will be next seen in Nag Ashwin's 'Kalki 2898 AD' starring alongside a stellar ensemble of casts. Meanwhile, Ranveer Singh was last seen in Karan Johar movie 'Rocky Aur Rani KII Prem Kahaani' alongside Alia Bhatt. His roles include in DON 3 under Farhan Akhtar's directorial. He will also be seen in Rohit Shetty's action drama 'Singham Again'.
