Mr. & Mrs. Mahi actress Janhvi Kapoor sets new bar with her method dressing ensembles for the film's promotions!
Janhvi Kapoor is one of the most prolific stars of the Bollywood industry who started her film career a while back and proved her cinematic prowess in absolutely no time. With movies like Dhadak, Mili, Gunjan Saxena, and Ghost Stories, she has given some of the most starry contributions to the Bollywood industry. As the young actress is currently gearing up for the release of her upcoming sports drama film - Mr. & Mrs. Mahi, she is riding high as she is moving places for its various promotional events and interviews
Currently, Janhvi Kapoor is busy promoting her latest upcoming movie Mr. & Mrs. Mahi along with her co-star Rajkumar Rao. But apart from interviews and promotional events, what is even more striking is her promotional ensembles! Yes, you heard it correctly as Janhvi Kapoor is giving her best fashion moments in every sight she has been visiting for the promotion lately. FYI, the actress has taken the idea of method dressing(dressing like a movie theme or a character) to a notch higher as her outfits are a true vision to behold.
The bar was set higher ever since her red leather figure-hugging midi-dress with a halter neck back strap embedded with cricket balls. Well, cut-outs are a very overrated thing in fashion now, but that leather dress made all the difference to the actress. later it was followed by a skirt crop top ensemble, featuring a fully sequin crop top with a jersey number 6. A Sari came the next! A red and blue sari adorned with a blouse with a similar number, 6 donned at the back of it. Moments later, Janhvi served with an enthralling midi dress number. A grey sequin dress featured a batsman a whole batsman hitting the ball as the hemline.
This was not it, during their promotion in the holy ghats of Varanasi, Janhvi's blue silk sari was to a 'die for' moment. In fact her look left people in awe as she shared one of her most exquisite looks donned on the Ganga ghats. While fascinating to her fans through her newly led attire, it featured a blue silk sari with a golden border running along the length of the entire 6-yard garment. The luxurious sari became an attraction for the embodiment of a large cricket stadium filled with cheering fans. The warli art on the pallu also featured some intricate designs of cricket balls as well as bats. Blended in the traditional art forms of the country, the look took a notch higher level with it's sports motifs that perfectly reflecting the energy of the film.
Directed by Sharan Sharma, Mr. & Mrs. Mahi is an upcoming Hindi sports drama featuring Jahnvi Kapoor and Rajkumar Rao. Backed by Zee Studios and Dharma Productions, the film promises you to take through an enigmatic journey of married husband and wife, and the couple's journey of fulfilling one's dream and passion of becoming a cricketer. Meanwhile, it is going to be released theatrically on 31st May 2024.
