Shahid Kapoor shares his repelling views on Hrithik Roshan's soaring statement 'It is unhealthy to be a star'

Bollywood's acing actor Shahid Kapoor is currently gearing up for his upcoming project 'Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya' which will also feature Kriti Sanon. The whole team of the film is now on their promotional spree, giving interviews and attending events for the same. The actors are talking one to one with the entertainment journalists and giving and unabashed chats on almost anything and everything, from personal to professional front. Recently, the Rangoon fame was seen speaking his heart out, thus expressed his views on Hrithik Roshan's given statement on acting being unhealthy for a living peaceful lifestyle. 

Shahid Kapoor shares his views on Hrithik Roshan's statement of burden 

The things started taking shape when earlier in an interview, the Fighter fame, Hrithik Roshan spoke his views on balancing work and life, harnessing acting as a peaceful career. In his denial, he said that he feels intense peace when there's no expectation and accepted how responsible being an actor feels like. It is much heavier while transtioning as a star from actor. 'It is a responsibility' he gasped! Reacting to the same, Shahid Kapoor has recently threw light by keeping his views against Hrithik's. Now, in his denial unlike Roshan's, his views repel with one another. According to Kapoor, he doesn't like the idea of loosing his acting prowess so rather he sacrifices his stardom sometimes. "I think I am on the other side of the fence. I have the opposite problem," his words followed. 

Shahid condemns stardom above acting

Proceeding further with the answer, Kapoor also told that he totally understands Hrithik's take on the same and he knows where his views are coming from. But in contrary, he mouthed while saying "It is also the nature of films that we do, the choices we make, the graph that each one of us chooses. I think, in that, his journey is very different to mine." Further in the session, the star gave Amitabh Bachchan and Dilip Kumar's name as an example to fit suitably with his views and thus told that he would never opt stardom over acting. "There are enough examples where there is definite stardom and there are heavy acting jobs. I have grown up watching that and I aspire for that. I would not let the actor in me go. That’s not just something I would do. I won’t," Shahid added. 

Shahid Kapoor on working with Kriti Sanon

Speaking off the upcoming film, Shahid Kapoor shared his joyous feelings on working with National Award winner Kriti Sanon while shooting for it's various sequences and musical numbers. "She is also a really good dancer, and she was also going for it and that was what allowed us to go with slightly hectic stuff. Especially in Laal Peeli Ankhiyaan. If you see there are some very long shots. There's a one-minute shot that goes on. So we have done some really long extended shots, and she was on for it," the actor quoted.
