Dia Mirza pens emotional post for her niece as she died in road accident
Dia Mirza's niece died in road accident: Bollywood actress Dia Mirza on Tuesday shared a shocking piece of news with her fans. In a tragic incident, Dia Mirza lost her niece Tanya Kakde, the daughter of Congress leader Feroz Khan, in a road accident. Dia shared a photo of her niece on her Instagram and penned a heartfelt note remembering her.
As per the reports, Tanya Kakde, the daughter of Congress leader Feroz Khan, was killed in a road accident on Monday morning in Hyderabad. The incident took place on the Shamshabad Airport Road.
Dia Mirza posted a tearful note on her social media, expressing her grief for her niece. She wrote, "My neice. My child. My jaan. Gone into the light. May you find peace and love wherever you are my darling… you always brought a smile to our hearts and the higher realms will be filled with more light with you dancing, smiling and singing. As soon as she shared the post, Bollywood stars and friends started commenting with sympathy messages. Boman Irani commented, “I have no words to comfort you, Dia. This is heartbreaking. Your words mean much. Hope they can heal. I pray.”
Dia also thanked everyone for supporting her in her tough times. "Thank you all for your prayers and blessings ???? I pray that Tanya has found peace and transcended to a place that gives her freedom from all her pain" penned Dia Mirza.
Tanya, reportedly, died in a car accident on NH 44 when she was travelling from the Rajiv Gandhi International airport to Hyderabad city with two of her pals. The driver of the vehicle was Mirza Ali, a friend of hers.
On the work front, Dia will be featured in the movie 'Dhak Dhak' alongside Ratna Pathak Shah, Fatima Sana Shaikh, and Sanjana Sanghi.
