The film Gehraaiyaan's trailer indicated the film's theme of infidelity and modern-day love relationships. The plot revolves around Alisha (Deepika Padukone), Tia (Ananya Panday), Zain (Siddhant Chaturvedi), and Karan (Siddhant Chaturvedi) (Dhairya Karwa).

The film is being directed by Shakun Batra and being produced by Hiroo Yash Johar, Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta & Shakun Batra under the banner of Dharma Productions.

Gehraiyaan will have its World Premiere exclusively on Amazon Prime Video in over 240 countries and territories around the world on February 11, 2022.
