When it comes to the women of the nation, they are not far behind men in any field. While Bollywood actresses leave no stone unturned to portray the women of the nation, many have played the role of cop in the movies. Actresses such as Priyanka Chopra and Tabu have rocked the Police officer role, while Rani Mukherjee just joined the league with her recent picture.

After being away from cinema for a long time, Rani made her comeback last year with the movie ‘Hichki’. The movie did fairly well at the box-office and Rani was also nominated for Filmfare best actress award.

Now, she will be seen in a cop look in her next movie ‘Mardaani 2’. The movie will be a sequel to her 2014 hit ‘Mardaani’.

Priyanka Chopra

Priyanka Chopra has donned more bold roles throughout her career. She has worked in movies like ‘Fashion’, ‘Bajirao Mastani’, ‘Mary Kom’, ‘Barfi’ among other movies. Known for her versatile roles, she portrayed the role of a cop in Prakash Jha’s ‘Jai Gangaajal’.

Tabu

Popularly known as Tabu, the actress has given most critically acclaimed performances to the industry. With movies like ‘Drishyam’, ‘Haider’, ‘Andhadhun’, she has also worked in International projects. The actress has been a part of the industry from 1980 till now and is unstoppable.

Tabu donned the role of a police officer in ‘Drishyam’ and the audience appreciated in her police avatar.
