The Super Mario Bros. Movie is a brand new animative creation of the videogame Super Mario franchise. Directed by Aaron Horvath and Michael Jelenic, the movie is produced by Chris Meledandri and Shigeru Miyamoto, distributed by Universal, the movie is based on Nintendo's classic Mario.

Over the time, the success rate of the movie has stunned the world as it has already crossed over 1 billion Dollars in the worldwide box office. Surprisingly, the film in its initial first weekend has crossed 377 million Dollars, which not even the creators expected it to collect such effortlessly. According to the sources, until 30 April the movie has acquired $ 490 million in USA and Canada included, $ 56 million in United Kingdom, $ 31 million in Australia, $ 44 million in Germany, $ 41 million in France, $ 22 million in Spain and many record breaking collection all around the global theaters.

As the movie marked a billion dollars on Sunday, 30 April, 2023, 'The Super Mario Bros. Movie' became the 10 highest grossing animated movie of all time and it very likely to be expected for becoming the second highest grossing creation ever. Earlier it was Frozen 2 of 2019 that crossed millions of dollars worldwide.
