Hrithik Roshan recalls challenges faced while prepping for 'War'

Hrithik Roshan news: Actor Hrithik Roshan recently shared a picture of his physique in which the 'Kaabil' actor is seen flaunting his six-pack abs. The journey of becoming physically fit was not easy for him,  the actor mentioned all the hardships he had to face at the time.

Recently, the actor interacted with fitness trainer Kris Gethin in a podcast where he spoke on various issues like health, physical and mental health briefly. The 'Super 30' actor stated that he had to go through a tough time to prepare for the action sequence in the movie 'War' alongside Tiger Shroff.

Further, the actor added saying that he felt like he would die after the shooting of 'War'. He also mentioned that he was not prepared to opt for such a challenging role but still he was trying to bring perfection in whatever he was doing.

However, the actor also revealed that after he shot the movie he became unwell and could not move for three to four months. He was on the border of depression after the tiring shoot got over. In addition to this, he spoke of his transformation and said that he enjoyed the process of bringing a positive change in his physique through practice.

On the professional front, he will next feature in Sidharth Anand's 'Fighter' alongside Deepika Padukone.
