Jaani receives death threat, seeks security from Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann
In a shocking development, the Punjabi singer-lyricist Jaani received a death threat after which he wrote a letter to Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann seeking protection.
According to the information, Jaani's family has left the country and now the singer has written a letter to Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann seeking protection citing a death threat.

The singer said that he has been receiving death threats and because of this, they are leaving Punjab.
While talking to ABP Sanjha, Jaani's manager Dilraj has confirmed that the singer has sought security from Punjab Police.

A letter was sent by Jaani to Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, ADGP (Security) Punjab Police, and Mohali SSP. In the letter, Jaani has written that he has been working for the Punjabi film industry and music industry for many years.

The lyricist wrote that he and his manager Dilraj Singh Nanda have been receiving threats on phone from gangsters and anti-social elements. Due to these threats, the singer said, that he has shifted his family from Punjab to abroad.
Jaani also mentioned the death of Sidhu Moose Wala in his letter. He said, "Because of my work, sometimes I have to go out for shooting. It is very difficult to go out in such a situation."
