Jannat Zubair to mark her Pollywood debut with her Punjabi movie 'Kulche Chole'

Jannat Zubair is a well-known face in the entertainment industry. She has appeared on the small screen, gained a lot of attention for her social media presence, and has been known to entertain people with her appearances in both Hindi and Punjabi song videos. After winning hearts in all of these areas, the actress is now ready to venture into new territory by making her Pollywood debut with the project titled 'Kulche Chole.'

The actress has shared the poster for her upcoming film, Kulche Chole. Jannat will be seen in the film romancing newcomer Dilraj Grewal. She posted the photo to her Instagram account and captioned it,

Dilraj Grewal, who recently released his single 'Laali' through the YRF Digital and Saga Music Collaboration, is set to make his feature film debut with the upcoming Punjabi film 'Kulche Chole.'

Sumeet Singh has produced the movie which is produced under the banner of  Saga Studios. The shooting is currently taking place in Amritsar. Before starting the shoot the cast and crew also paid their visit to the Golden Temple.

The film's title poster was released on Saturday, and it looks unique with a fine tempering of the new and promising cast.

Kulche Chole, which will be directed by Simranjit Singh Hundal. While talking about her debut film Jaanat said, “Kulche Chole’ is a very important film for me, as I'm making my debut as a female lead. When this film was offered to me, it was made clear by the studio that Punjabi language and adapting to Punjabi culture was important.”

She further stated, “I took this challenge as an inspiration, as I believe that learning never ends. And learning the Punjabi language is a whole journey that one has to take. I'm really getting into the depths of it to ensure that my portrayal of a Punjabi girl looks flawless. I'm working really hard because I know that this is a new and fresh offering for my fans too.”

The film is touted to be a romantic comedy and is set to hit theatres in 2022. In addition, a source close to the film has revealed that the film's production will begin soon.
