Kartik Aaryan unveil the trailer of his much awaited film 'Dhamaka'

Kartik Aaryan is trying a different approach after enchanting us with some goofy roles and winning our hearts. Dhamaka, the actor's upcoming film, is a high-octane action thriller. After several sneak peeks over the last few months, the Dhamaka trailer was released today.

Kartik plays a prime-time news anchor who becomes a radio jockey in Dhamaka. The movie also stars Mrunal Thakur, the actress plays a reporter who is married to Arjun Pathak. The film, directed by Ram Madhvani, will be released on Netflix on November 19. Amruta Subhash, Vikas Kumar, and Vishwajeet Pradhan also appear in the film.

Kartik took to Instagram to share an intriguing poster of the film while announcing that the first official trailer will be released on Tuesday. Sharing the poster he created, "The trailer for Kal hoga #Dhamaka will be available tomorrow!! #ArjunPathak."

The Dhamaka trailer shows Kartik, a low-ranking TRP news anchor, taking on a prime time slot for his news channel after an anonymous caller threatens to blow up Mumbai's Bandra-Worli Sea Link. The anonymous caller only wants an apology from a powerful minister.

Dhamaka is a film about the operations of a news channel. The film was shot in Mumbai in a record 10 days during the novel coronavirus pandemic.

The film, directed by Ram Madhvani, will be released digitally on Netflix on November 19, 2021.
