Mixed Fruit bowl: Fruits in the breakfast is one of the most underrated technique to fill the morning stomach with adequate nutrient potion. A bowl full of different fruits equiped with varied nutrition such as chopped Kiwi, watermelons, apple, oranges, pineapple, bluberries are some of the greatest option to start your healthy palette.

Avacado Toast: Made with very less ingrediants, Avacado Toast is an option of food trend as well as health beneficiary. Served with bread toast and smashed or sliced avacados at the top. Other toppings on the recipie varies from roasted tomatoes to eggs, from fruits to veggies according to one's preferences and taste. The new-age American brekfast is full of calories, sodium, carbs, fats, protein and potassium.
