Summers are still ongoing and people are quite eager for a perfect get away to escape from the scorching citylights. India having one of the most diverse landforms and weather formations, offers a perfect getaway in almost all the seasons. Today our main focus is on summers! The hot weather of the country might be too infuriariting for most of the people. But not to worry, I have brought you a list of some great summer treks from the mighty Himalayas that you can cover during the heat waves. The below listed treks are not only a great summer escape route but also an intriguing trip of experienced filled adventures. Lets's dive it in.

Rupin Pass Trek

Situated in Himachal Pradesh, this is one of the most sought after treks of the country who seeks for a moderate yet challenging trail to accomplish. 'The Rupin Pass' trek, located 15,000 feet above the sea level, is a long journey which takes almost 8 days to complete. The trek starts off from a hamlet called Dhaula in Uttarkashi which takes you to Sangla of Himachal Pradesh. 

Har Ki Doon

One of the most prominent name among the trekkers, 'Har Ki Doon' is located in Uttarakhand. Almost of the same length(eight days), The trek provides some spectacular taste of scenes throughout it's route. The journey begins from Sankri to Taluka which is best known for it's Garhwal mountain experience, filled with lush greenery, snow capped mountains, tranquil rivers and densely flourished flora and fauna.

Buran Ghati Trek Pass

The most summer appropriate trek of the Himachal Pradesh, Buran Ghati pass is all for the people who wants to live a dreamy life. The trek rail starts from Shimla which takes you through a journey of a painting alike route during the summers, from meadows, to maple, to pine trees alongside the Pabba river. The journey takes you onto a location that is covered with a 400 ft wall of snow, truly a scenery seen like never before. 

Chopta Chandrashila Trek

A trek that is open for 12 months in the year, it is a summer getaway to indulge yourselves into the blossoming Himalayas that becomes fresh, bright and vibrant unlike winters. The route is filled with numerous stops to soak in. Deoriatal Lake located at a height of 7,841 feet from the sea level, Chaukhamba mountain range, meadows leading to mesmerizing Chopta, view of Badarpoonch Kedar, the trail is everything a dreamers seeks in.

Kashmir Great Lakes Trek

Kashmir is truly a place of wonder. Filled with nature's magic spilled greenery and inexplicable mountain ranges, the place is filled with tranquility and great ecstasy. The seven day voyage to the Great Lakes starts from Srinagar to Narnag. The trek is specially proffered during the months of June to August. The trail is super poured with immaculate mountain peaks, blue unfathomable lakes and majestic waterfalls, not to forget it's  lush green meadows and colorful flourishing flowers!
