Mirzapur actor 'Lalit' aka Bramha Mishra passes away; celebs pay condolences

Actor Bramha Mishra died recently, which is a shocking piece of news. The actor rose to prominence in the web series Mirzapur, where he played Lalit. According to the sources, he was discovered dead at his Versova flat. The "semi-decomposed body" has been taken to Dr. Cooper Hospital in Mumbai for an autopsy.

Divyenndu Mishra, Mishra's Mirzapur co-star, paid tribute to the late actor on Instagram. He posted a photo of him and wrote, "RIP Brahma Mishra...Our Lalit is no more...Let’s pray for him, everyone."

In the comments section, actress Shweta Tripathi Sharma reacted to the news and paid tribute to the late actor. Shriya Pilgaonkar, who also appears in the film wrote, ‘Heartbreaking’.

Excel Entertainment which presented the show Mirzapur took to its official Instagram account to share the news and captioned, “We are deeply saddened by the untimely demise of #BramhswaroopMishra. Our condolences are with his family and friends. May he rest in peace."

In Mirzapur, Brahma Mishra played Lalit, Munna Bhaiya played by Divyendu Sharma’s right-hand man.

Actor Vijay Varma was equally moved by the news, re-sharing Excel Entertainment's post wrote, "No," with a heartbreak emoji.

Apart from Mirzapur, Brahma Mishra has also appeared in films starring Nawazuddin Siddiqui, such as Manjhi: The Mountain Man, and Akshay Kumar, such as Kesari.
