Mithun's sons Mimoh Chakraborty, Namashi Chakraborty, and Ushmey Chakraborty are already excelling in the entertainment industry and now Dishani is all set for a Hollywood debut.

Following her graduation from the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute, Dishani went on to portray the main role in the critically acclaimed short film The Guest, which was selected for a number of film festivals.

Dishani Chakraborty was born in Kolkata, India to the legendary Bollywood actor Mithun Chakraborty. As per the reports, Dishani Chakraborty began her acting career with 'The Jeff Goldberg Studio' in Mumbai before moving to Los Angeles to study acting and film production at the New York Film Academy, where she eventually did two commercial roles.

If reports are to be believed, Dishani is now writing her own short film, which will shortly go into production.

Previously, while talking about the lessons learned from father Mithun, she said that with all the amazing advice her father has given her, she could write a book.
