News reports of Disha Vakani's suffering from throat cancer are FAKE

Disha Vakani throat cancer news: TV actress Disha Vakani, who was known for her character 'Dayaben' from the popular TV show 'Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah', was rumoured to be suffering from throat cancer because of her character Dayaben's voice in the show.

However, the news reports of Disha Vakani's suffering from throat cancer are absolutely 'baseless' and 'fake'.

Disha Vakani’s brother Mayank Vakani, who even played her on-screen brother 'Sundar' in 'Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah', refuted the reports and called the news reports 'baseless'.

In the meanwhile, Jennifer Mistry Bansiwal, who played Mrs. Roshan Singh Sodhi, also responded to the news reports. She said that Disha sounded fine when they spoke the last time.

Likewise, Disha's brother Mayank said that this kind of rumour keep making rounds on social media and that there was no truth to it. He added that Disha is hearty and no reports related to her throat cancer were true.

He said they get to hear baseless rumours almost every day and that her fans should not believe any of these.
