Nushrratt Bharuccha's next 'Chhorii to give you a Spine-Chilling experience
Nushrratt Bharuccha shared a teaser for her new film Chhorii on Tuesday. If the trailer is any indication, the film will place Nushratt's character at the centre of an ever-expanding web of secrets, horror, and evil forces.
The actress's role as a pregnant woman who must protect her unborn child from these otherworldly spirits complicates matters even further. The teaser begins with Nushrratt Bharuccha's character suggesting to a man, presumably her husband, that they move somewhere safe for a few days. The two find themselves in a haunted house in a village full of sinister secrets.

She will appear in Chhorii in a completely new avatar. Nushratt plays a city girl who moves to a small village. She witnesses and battles mysterious evil spirits in order to protect the baby she is carrying in her womb. Her days, however, are marked by waking nightmares.

Nushrratt Bharuccha, who shared the teaser, stated “Nightmares will come true Chhorii is coming. Don't say we didn't warn you.”
Chhorii is the Hindi remake of Lapachhapi, the critically acclaimed Marathi film. The Hindi remake of Chhorii stars Nushratt Bharuccha and also include Mita Vashisht, Rajesh Jais, Saurabh Goyal, and Yaanea Bharadwaj.

Chhorii is directed by Vishai Furia and produced by Bhushan Kumar of T-Series, Vikram Malhotra, and Jack Davis. It will be available on Amazon Prime Video on November 26th.
