'Citadel' new OTT release: Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Richard Madden promise an action-entertainer

With her success in Bollywood, Priyanka Chopra, a.k.a. the "Desi girl," is now a global phenomenon. She will be soon entertaining her fans with 'Citadel' an upcoming series to be released on Amazon Prime Video which is helmed by Russo brothers. On February 6, the makers of 'Citadel' unveiled the trailer of the series which fetaured Priyanka Chopra and Richard Madden.

'CITADEL' STORYLINE

Apart from Hollywood's top notch actors, The show has an interesting storyline too. Based on a spy agency 'Citadel', it's elite agents 'Mason Kane' and 'Nadia Sinh' revives the agencies fall that took place eight years back by 'Manticore'. Both the agents trembled by the horrifying past,with wiped memories, reunites again to rediscover new possibilties and re-built 'Citadel'. The actors will be seen getting involved in extreme adventures and in some nerve-wrecking action.

CAST & CREW

Full of action packed science fiction spy thriller starring Richard Madden and Priyanka Chopra on lead roles including Stanley Tucci and Lesley Manville on some crucial characters. The Russo Brothers (Joe Russo and Anthony Russo), creators best known for their work in 'Avengers: Infinity War' and 'Avengers: End Game' has raised the bar on 'Citadel' Too. In a recent interview, the directors expressed their gratitude on the cast of the show and and said "We are incredibly fortunate. The cast is jsut exceptional in the show."

PUBLIC REACTION

Fans showered their heart out in the comments section and praised her hardwork in the Hollywood industry and penned "Finally Priyanka Chopra’s hard work and patience in Hollywood is paying off. Happy for her." While writing about Richard Madden one said "OMG! Finally! Richard Madden!".

The series is releasing on April 28, 2023 only on Amazon Prime and people can't wait to digg in the action thriller and enter into a new world of espionage.
