Maidaan OTT Release Date: Know When and Where to Watch Ajay Devgn Starrer Sports Drama Online?
After it runs in theatres, the Ajay Devgn-starrer 'Maidaan' is now available for online. The film is based on the life of the legendary football coach Syed Abdul Rahim.
The movie explores the life of Syed Abdul Rahim, fondly called Rahim Saab, who is hailed as the driving force behind the rise of modern Indian football. Rahim's legacy as an outstanding sportsman and exceptional coach marked the "golden age" of Indian football during his tenure. His innovative techniques and strategies led the national team to remarkable success, including winning gold medals at the Asian Games, reaching the semi-finals of the Summer Olympics (a historic achievement for an Asian country), and securing titles like the Colombo Cup.

As 'Maidaan' began its digital journey, Ajay Devgn reflected on his experience working on the sports drama. "Playing the legendary football coach Syed Abdul Rahim has been incredibly rewarding.
