Priyanka Chopra spends time with refugee children from Ukraine at Poland
Priyanka Chopra Jonas visits refugee children from Ukraine in Poland: Bollywood's 'desi' girl aka Priyanka Chopra Jonas is a well-known philanthropist. The actress holds a well-established relationship with UNICEF, which provides humanitarian and developmental aid to children around the world.
Priyanka Chopra is currently in Poland to meet Ukrainian refugees. She has been sharing several posts on her Instagram about her numerous experiences to raise awareness of the thousands of men, women, and children who have been affected due to ongoing Russia-Ukraine war.
She also interacted with kids who were brought in special care amid the war that started in February 2022. The actor got emotional after she learned the struggles they were going through.
In a brief post, Priyanka wrote, "Priyanka Chopra, who has a long-standing relationship with UNICEF, the United Nations organisation that provides humanitarian and developmental aid to children around the world, is currently in Poland for a visit with Ukrainian refugees. Priyanka has been sharing in-depth posts about her numerous experiences as part of the journey to raise awareness of the thousands of men, women, and children who have been displaced as a result of the Russian invasion of Ukraine."
Priyanka Chopra said she felt blessed to have spent time with the children. In another video, Priyanka was seen weeping after hearing about the experiences of the refugees.
For the unversed, Priyanka Chopra is also the ambassador of UNICEF and she is often seen spreading awareness.
On the professional front, Priyanka Chopra Jonas is packed with one after the other projects. She will be seen in 'Jee Le Zaraa' with Alia Bhatt and Katrina Kaif, which will be directed by Farhan Akhtar.
