'I don't want to use my privileges to find work', says Irrfan Khan's son Babil

Irrfan Khan’s son Babil news: Vetenary actor Irrfan Khan’s son Babil says that being a star kid has its advantages but he has never used his father’s tag to gain fame or work. He is more attentive to finding work himself so that he can get into the industry anyhow.

Irrfan Khan's son Babil's journey 

In an interview, Babil revealed saying that he always had an interest in acting and it was not like all big producers wanted to sign him. Further, he said that people have this misconception that it is easier for star kids to get into the film industry.

The actor said that it would have been easier for him to get into films if his mother just picked up the phone and called all the producers and requested them to cast him but he was such a person who wanted to earn things on his own.  

Babil's views on acting 

Later on, he also spilt the beans saying that before Qala no director had offered him the role, he took the initiative and auditioned for ‘Qala’ thrice before he got selected for it. The actor added that he also felt the pressure unlike other star kids as he was being compared to his late father Irrfan Khan. After so much and so he realizes that the true worth of a man is best understood when he does his best even after so much pressure. 

For the unversed, Babil is 24 years old and he wants to lead a normal life like his friends but he cannot do so as he is Irrfan Khan’s son. The actor made his debut in the film ‘Qala’ but before that, he gave around 30 auditions for other projects.
