Samantha Ruth Prabhu injures herself on the sets of 'Citadel'; details inside

Samantha Ruth Prabhu news:  Samantha Ruth Prabhu has proved her metal in the South industry and now she is proving her acting skills in Bollywood as well. The actress will next be seen in the Indian version of ‘Citadel’ by Russo Brothers. Recently, the actress was injured on the sets of 'Citadel'.

Actress Samantha injuried on the sets of Citadel 

The actress was shooting for Citadel with Varun Dhawan and posted a picture on her social media which showed bruises on her hands and she was injured. However, she captioned the picture which read perks of action which proves that she was shooting an action sequence while the incident took place. Talking about the picture, the fingers also had bloodstains which showed that she was injured. 

As soon as she posted the picture, her social media was filled with fans comments where they were seen worried about her injury. Some wrote get well soon while some prayed for her speedy recovery. 

Citadel series details 

Later, the movie 'Citadel' is directed by Raj and DK is an Indian adaptation of the International series which is created by the Russo Brothers. Then, Samantha will be seen opposite Varun Dhawan in the series. Lastly, the series is set to release in the year 2023.
