Rana Jung Bahadur arrest news: In a major development, the Punjabi actor Rana Jung Bahadur has been reportedly arrested by the police for allegedly hurting the religious sentiments of the Valmiki community.
The Punjabi actor Rana Jung Bahadur has been arrested for allegedly making an objectionable remark about Lord Valmiki.

There have been several protests against Rana Jang Bahadur in many parts of Punjab, including Jalandhar. As per the report, the Jalandhar police has registered a case against the actor.
In the meanwhile, there have been reports that the anticipatory bail application of the Punjabi film actor has been rejected.

It may be recalled that the the members of Valmiki community had staged a sit-in protest against Rana Jung Bahadur after hearing the news at Bhagwan Valmiki Chowk in the city last month.
The members of the Valmiki community have been asking the police to a register a case against the actor.

They even burnt an effigy of Rana Jang Bahadur near the bus stand in Jalandhar. Likewise, there were protests in Hoshiarpur as well.
Meanwhile, the Jalandhar police had registered a case against Rana. The members of the Valmiki community alleged that Punjabi actor Rana Jung Bahadur has insulted Lord Valmiki on a TV channel.
